Effective Date: January 1, 2025
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Global Citizen Consulting, including but not limited to products, event tickets, services, and any other offerings, are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or failure to use the product or service.
No exchanges are available.
No cancellations are permitted once payment has been processed.
Event Tickets
For ticketed events (including dinners, seminars, conferences, or other hosted gatherings):
All ticket sales are final upon purchase.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We commit to vendor, venue, and catering partners based on confirmed ticket sales. Refunds cannot be issued as these commitments are made in advance and are non-recoverable.
Product Sales
For physical products and technology solutions:
All product sales are final upon delivery or installation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring product specifications, compatibility, and suitability prior to purchase.
Global Citizen Consulting is not liable for buyer's remorse, incorrect orders, or changes in customer requirements after sale.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Defective Product: If a product arrives damaged or materially defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess and may offer repair, replacement, or credit at our sole discretion.
Non-Delivery: If a purchased product is not delivered due to our error, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Event Cancellation by Global Citizen Consulting: If we cancel an event, a full refund or credit toward a future event will be issued.
These exceptions do not apply to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or any issue arising from customer circumstances.
Disputes
If you believe an error has occurred with your purchase, contact us at contact@globalcitizenconsult.com within 7 daysof the transaction. All claims must include:
Order or transaction number
Description of the issue
Supporting documentation (receipts, photos, correspondence, etc.)
We will review and respond within 10 business days. Our decision is final.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us directly may result in:
Suspension or termination of access to future products, services, or events
Legal action to recover costs associated with fraudulent or bad-faith disputes
We encourage customers to resolve concerns directly with us before involving payment processors or financial institutions.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. By making a purchase, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming for any disputes arising from this policy.
